Our bespoke ‘Service Management System’ has been developed in-house and enables us to respond to customer needs promptly. For efficiency we send every assignment directly to our mobile engineering force using the latest wireless communication technology.
Our IT systems are reviewed regularly to ensure we are making the best use of current technology so that we continue to offer our customers the best service possible. By integrating our ‘Service Management System’ into third party systems we plan to maximise our efficiency in dealing with your service enquiries.
Vehicle Fleet
We operate a fleet of over 70 vans fitted with satellite tracking which is integrated into our Service system. You can contact us at any time, our 'Service Centre' will locate the closest available engineer in your area to deal with your enquiry. We aim to reduce response times and add value wherever we can.
Our company set-up lets us operate seamlessly regardless of external influences. We give you our full attention at all times.
