Cold Service Trainee Wins National Award
Cold Service Trainee Projects and Applications Engineer, Tim Thain, became the RAC National
Student of the Year 2006 at the annual Student of the Year Awards held at the Belfry Hotel on
Thursday 14th December 2006.
Now in its thirteenth year, the awards, held in association with the Institute of Refrigeration,
recognises the high regard in which Tim is held by his colleagues, employer and his peers within
the industry.
Commenting, David Brooks, Managing Director of Cold Service Limited, said, “ Tim’s academic
progress and his willingness to achieve within a business environment has resulted in this
well deserved award. Cold Service Limited is delighted that he has been recognised as the
RAC National Student of the Year 2006.”
